European Computer Driving License (ECDL)
ECDL is a relevant and internationally recognised qualification for computer users. It improves understanding and use of computers, and will open up a variety of opportunities through providing the learner with a broad range of skills. The qualification is recognised by employers and offers flexible patterns of study designed for all skill levels.

City & Guilds PC Maintenance
This course teaches learners the basics in hardware maintenance, and software installation and configuration.

Internet for Work
This course introduces learners to the tools available for job searching, and gives hints and tips on areas such as CV preparation. Each learner will undergo a skills analysis and will create a personal profile to ensure the training is tailored to their specific needs.

Word Processing & Presentations
On this course learners will be taught how to use word processing for business use, and will also enjoy an introduction to the use of Powerpoint including how to run a slide show.

City & Guilds PC Maintenance

OCR using ICT
Ideal for the complete beginner or those who have had limited use of a computer. Start up and learn how to use a computer correctly, word processing, e-mail and Internet and charts and graphs

Computer Literacy and Information Technology (CLAiT)
CLAiT is a nationally recognised course. Qualifications in CLAIT show employers capability in using the main applications on a computer. CLAIT is available at levels 1, 2 and 3. Level 1 is suitable for begginers, level 3 is equivalent to a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) level 3 and A level standard.
