Will the Skills Funding Agency Minimum Contract Value Regulations for 2011/12 affect you?

TBG Learning is seeking expressions of interest from providers who are going to be affected by the Skills Funding Agency minimum contract value regulations for 2011/12 even at this late stage in the process.

TBG Learning is a high quality Apprenticeship provider in its own right and was graded as ‘good’ by Ofsted in May 2010. TBG Learning has extensive experience of managing subcontractors including DWP programmes such as Community Task Force, New Deal and YPLA programmes such as Foundation Learning.  For example in 2009, Ofsted undertook a thematic survey looking at best practice in managing DWP subcontracting arrangements in New Deal, picking our provision in Kent as a good example. The features of practice noted were highly effective partnership working, frequent and regular performance meetings, good MIS systems and very good support and development of subcontractor’s staff.

TBG Learning, established in 1986, is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Rehab Group, an Irish independent, not-for-profit organisation. Throughout its history TBG Learning has focussed upon meeting the needs of disadvantaged people and has been contributing to the whole range of programmes designed to reduce worklessness. TBG Learning delivers a wide range of employment-related and vocational training programmes on behalf of DWP, SFA, YPLA, FE Colleges, UFI/LearnDirect and ESF co-financed by DWP.

TBG Learning is interested in hearing from providers, who even at this late stage, have not finalised contracting arrangements for 2011/12 and would be interested in working with us.
