In the past equal opportunities has often been described as everyone being the same. This description of equality is somewhat outdated. Today when we talk about equality we describe it in terms of everyone being different but being treated with an equal level of respect and having equal access to services and training. TBG Learning welcomes people of all races, ages, genders, disabilities, religious beliefs, sexual orientations and any other differences. We embrace diversity and provide a secure environment and service without prejudice.
