Hospitality and Catering
The hospitality and catering industry is one of the most dynamic and fast paced of professions with exciting and varied careers. The UK hospitality and catering industry is made up of about 263,000 outlets, and employs a workforce of 1.7 million people. The industry covers people working in commercial kitchens, hotels, restaurants, cafes, fast food outlets, pubs and clubs and those working as contract caterers to other industries. If you are interested in career in hospitality and catering you could even gain employment at the Olympics in 2012 or in a quality hotel or restaurant.

Customer Service
