	Adele West, 22 years old, Apprenticeship in Customer Service I have really enjoyed completing my apprenticeship at TBG Learning. I have learnt that I have a really strong knowledge of customer service and found I picked up the course really easily. It fitted in around my work well and I found the work I did at home really interesting. I enjoyed the course that much that I have now moved onto completing a retail qualification which I have now almost completed too! This is all going to go onto my CV and will hopefully help me when looking for a job in the future.
	Mark Holt, 47 years old, Response to Redundancy After being made redundant I came to Response to Redundancy and spent a week with Karen and Nigel. During this week I was given the advice that I needed and the opportunity to gain more skills. I decided to take my European Computer Driving License (ECDL) and learn more about computers, I started the course with Ian and found the help and advice I was given to be of great help, and it was entirely due to the help and support that I managed to successfully pass level 1 and level 2.
