	Eileen Cronin, 51, IAP Route to Work Programme I came to TBG as I was unemployed and felt I had no skills as I spent a lot of my time caring for my siblings. TBG helped me to identify what I alraedy had gained but having no employment history I felt I needed to prove I had more to offer. I was given the opportunity to go on a work placement wotj a local chairt that helps support elderly and disabelled people, the placement has made me feel like a valuable member of the community and the experience I have gained has made me feel more confident about the future.

	Donald Robinson, 50, IAP Route to Work Programme I started TBG on the IAP Programme and was very negative about being unemployed. I had been applying for work for 18 months and felt that there was no help out there. TBG were great, they found me a placement within a local training company where I could take my CSCS certificate exam which enabled me to take up employment within the construction industry. I was also taught basic IT skills which means I can now search for vacancies online.
