LEAP (Learn, Earn and Progress)
LEAP is a 24 week programme of learning for young people that develops motivation, confidence, personal effectiveness and basic and key skills. This programme provides a range of opportunities to gain vocational qualifications, skills and understanding. On course completion customers can progress into a Modern Apprenticeship, further learning and/or a job. Customers can also receive a £200 achievement bonus when they have completed their qualification, plus paid public travel fair to and from their local TBG Learning centre.

Eligibility
This programme is for anyone aged 16 -18 years old who has not achieved any qualifications in one or more of the following: English, Maths or Information Computer Technology (ICT), is unemployed and in no other education or training.

Business Administration
This is a 26 week course for 16-18 year olds interested in working in business administartion. A £200 achievement bonus is available on completion of the qualification.

Construction

Employability Skills Programme
The Employability Skills Programme (ESP) is designed to increase customer's chances of finding regular and long term employment. Along with supported job searching activities and work placements, customers receive help to improve interview techniques, CV writing skills and employability skills. We can also help customers brush up on a variety of other skills that they may need in everyday life and gain qualifications.

Eligibility
This programme is for Jobcentre Plus customers claiming benefits or credits.
Customers must be aged 18 or over and have literacy and/or numeracy and/or language needs.

- Numeracy (Entry Level 1, Level 2 and 
  Level 3)
- English for Speakers of Other Languages
  (ESOL) (Entry Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3)
- Employability Skills (Entry Level 3)
- Information Communications Technology

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
ESOL courses give customers a better understanding of both written and spoken English. If English is not your first language then this course will give you more confidence in handling everyday situations such as dealing with employers, doctors or socialising.

Eligibility
Non EU citizens have to have been in the UK for at least three years, with exception to those with marriage visas who have to wait one year.
Refugees and Asylum Seekers eligability is dependant on circumstances.

Numeracy
This course leads to a nationally recognised qualification. It will helps improve maths skills in a programme of assistance tailored to individual needs.

Nails Beauty and Henna
This is a 22 week course for anyone between the ages of 16-18 who would like a career in the nail and beauty industry. The course teaches both the theory and practice needed in order to have a career in this field. A £200 achievement bonus is available on completion of the qualification.
