Hair and Beauty
Those who work in the Hair and Beauty sector provide an important service for their clients. The UK Hair and Beauty industry provides personal services such as hairdressing, beauty therapy, body therapy and massage. For those of you who like the glitz and glamour of film and TV the hair and beauty sector also provide professional services such as make-up for film and television. If Hair and Beauty is the career for you, this course will provide you with the knowledge, understanding and especially the skills required to prepare for work in the hairdressing or beauty therapy sector.

Retail is a growing industry and reflects the changing approach in how we purchase our goods. Shopping on-line is now a familiar experience too many of us and continues to develop and offer even more opportunities that are both local and global in their reach. If the world of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) excites and motivates you, then Retail Knowledge level 1, will develop your potential and is a positive way forward into the possibility of your future career.

Customer Service
Good customer service is all about bringing customers back and about sending them away happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become repeat customers. You can offer promotions and slash prices to bring in as many new customers as you want, but unless you can get some of those customers to come back, your business won't be profitable for long.

Kickstart Gold
Full time course for 16 - 18 year olds, not in education, training or employment, to help them back into a structured programme of learning. Kickstart Gold is a programme designed to your individual needs to help you achieve what you want from life. You'll have the chance to take part in a work experience placement and programme tasters in Hair, Nail & Beauty, Retail, Customer Service and Business Admin
