TBG Learning delivers assessment and training that lead to nationally recognised qualifications funded by the government via Train to Gain, Apprenticeships and other funding streams such as the European Social Funding.

The delivery of NVQ and Apprenticeship programmes are structured to be flexible to the differing needs of every company so that important business objectives are not affected. TBG Learning's Employee Development Specialists have industry experience and work closely with employers to develop their staff.

Programme-led Apprenticeships (PLA’s) are available for young people aged 16-18 who would like to experience work-based learning with an employer whilst taking part in classroom based learning to understand the theory behind business practice. PLA candidates are placed with employers with no cost attached, all that is asked is that they are given the opportunity to learn from the experience. Employers are not obligated to offer full time employment but the option to recruit candidates is available.
