All our customers go through an induction process on their first day. This involves a member of TBG Learning’s staff talking you through the programme you are enrolling on, making you aware of the centre’s health and safety procedures, discussing any personal travel expenses we may be able to help with and filling out enrolment forms.

 

You will be given a tour of the learning centre and introduced to key members of staff, including tutors, first aiders and fire marshalls.
