Advanced Apprenticeships
Advanced Apprenticeships are nationally recognised qualifications at level 3 designed and approved by businesses for businesses in a range of sectors. Aimed at young people and their employers, Advanced Apprenticeships offer the opportunity for 16-24 year olds in a supervisory capacity or with some management responsibility to train and gain qualifications in their jobs. Many employees completing Advanced Apprenticeships progress into more senior roles or higher education.
We work with employers to develop a personalised training programme for each employee and meet with line managers and staff regularly to monitor and review progress.
Each young person has a regular learning session in the workplace with a qualified TBG Learning Employee Development Specialist who gives the personal guidance and practical support required to progress them through each stage of their training programme.
Advanced Apprenticeships take on average 13-16 months to complete depending on the qualification. Employees will gain an Advanced Apprenticeship made up of the following certificates:
- NVQ Level 3
- Technical Certificate Level 3
- Key Skill in Communication
- Key Skill in Application of Number
