Working in Partnership with Employers
TBG Learning, established since 1986, is a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Rehab Group, an independent not for profit organisation. The Employer Division has extensive experience of delivering training solutions for employers in West Midlands, East Midlands, London, Essex and Kent.
TBG Learning has developed strong and successful relationships with over 800 employers, with focus on delivering high quality, flexible learning to employees in the workplace. TBG Learning works with large, medium and small businesses in a range of key industry sectors and training is funded through partnerships with the Learning and Skills Councils and other funding partners such as local further education colleges.
We offer training that leads to nationally recognised qualifications such as NVQs via Train to Gain, Apprenticeships, vocational programmes or where a specific business need is identified a customised training option is available. Teams of qualified peripatetic Employee Development Specialists work with employers and employees to support and manage the training delivery.
The quality and delivery of our service is independently inspected by the government appointed Adult Learning Inspectorate. They identified the "extensive range of support for learners", a "strong team approach", "effective training" and "good development for learners" as just some of our key strengths.

"Working with TBG Learning is an example of excellent partnership working. TBG has worked hard to understand our organisation and provide a flexible, tailored service that responds to our needs. TBG Learning has helped us to develop our apprenticeship programme into a class leading employment initiative. TBG Learning also work with us to continually develop out recruitment and development approaches so we can reach out and attract high calibre and diverse staff. The highest compliment is that TBG Learning is now regarded as part of the Council's learning and development team."
