Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships are nationally recognised qualifications at level 2 designed and approved by businesses for businesses in a range of sectors. Aimed at young people and their employers, Apprenticeships offer the opportunity for 16-24 year olds to train and gain qualifications in their jobs and to progress from a level 2 to a level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.

We work with employers to develop a personalised training programme for each employee and meet with line managers and staff regularly to monitor and review progress.

Each employee has a regular learning session in the workplace with a qualified TBG Learning Employee Development Specialist who gives the personal guidance and practical support required to progress them through each stage of their training programme.

Apprenticeships take on average 11-13 months to complete depending on the qualification. Employees will gain an Apprenticeship made up of the following certificates:

  • Wilson Chowdhry - Managing Director AA Security Limited

"It is rare for a security company to invest in skills but I am committed to the professional development of all our employees and to getting staff to their highest possible levels of achievement. It's important to use any opportunity such as Apprenticeships."
