Specifically designed for 16 -18 year olds who may not be quite sure what to do next, or require assistance to take the next step either in to employment, college or an apprenticeship!

Whilst on LEAP learners can take a variety of qualifications including English and Maths, ECDL, Health and Safety and First Aid training, all of which is designed to enhance confidence and improve employability skills! Take part in a range of work tasters to obtain firsthand experience in a variety of occupations.

Unlike school or College... LEAP is designed around your needs! So whether you’re looking at plumbing or hairdressing we can help you get there!

Response to Redundancy

The Response to Redundancy programme offers those who are under notice of redundancy, recently made redundant or those who have been unemployed up to six months, close to the labour market.

Our team of employment specialist can offer FREE:

• One to one information, advice and guidance
• Source free training that would assist you gaining sustainable employment
• Assistance with a variety of skill building workshops from C.V building to Job search support
