Through our successful relationship with the Job Centre Plus, Connexions and other organisations we are able to make a real difference to the lives of unemployed people. We are able to provide programmes specifically for 16- 18 year olds to bespoke training for individuals affected by redundancy.

Response to Redundancy
If you are an employer, employee or been unemployed within the past six months… support is available!
The Response to Redundancy programme offers those who are under notice of redundancy, recently made redundant or those who have been unemployed up to six months, close to the labour market.
Our team of employment specialist can offer FREE:
- One to one information, advice and guidance
- Source free training that would assist you gaining sustainable employment
- Assistance with a variety of skill building workshops from C.V building to Job search support

Leap
Specifically designed for 16 -18 year olds who may not be quite sure what to do next, or require assistance to take the next step either in to employment, college or an apprenticeship!
Whilst on LEAP learners can take a variety of qualifications including English and Maths, ECDL, Health and Safety and First Aid training, all of which is designed to enhance confidence and improve employability skills! Take part in a range of work tasters to obtain firsthand experience in a variety of occupations.
