Response to Redundancy
If you are an employer, employee or been unemployed within the past six months… support is available!
The Response to Redundancy programme offers those who are under notice of redundancy, recently made redundant or those who have been unemployed up to six months, close to the labour market.
Our team of employment specialist can offer FREE:
- One to one information, advice and guidance
- Source free training that would assist you gaining sustainable employment
- Assistance with a variety of skill building workshops from C.V building to Job search support
Entry to Employment
Specifically designed for 16 -18 year olds who may not be quite sure what to do next, or require assistance to take the next step either in to employment, college or an apprenticeship!
Whilst on e2e learners can take a variety of qualifications including English and Maths, ECDL and Construction, all of which is designed to enhance confidence and improve employability skills!
Take part in a range of work tasters to obtain firsthand experience in a variety of occupations.
Unlike school or College... e2e is designed around your needs! So whether you’re looking at IT or Construction we can help you get there!
Courses on offer include:
- Response to Redundancy:
This is an exciting programme for individuals who have been made redundant, under notice of redundancy or have been unemployed within the past six months. - Maths and English to help you work towards the National Tests
- JobcentrePlus a number of referral only courses in conjunction with your local jobcentre
- e2e (entry to employment) for 16 to 18 year olds not currently in education, employment or training
- ESOL Citizenship
TBG Learning works in partnership with Learning Skills Council, JobcentrePlus and Learndirect to provide quality training and employment opportunities to the people of Derbyshire.
All ages are welcome from 16 to 90+. Don’t forget, it’s never too late to learn!
