"TBG Learning Gravesend has just been awarded top marks in an external quality assessment by City & Guilds of its delivery of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) courses.
City & Guilds, the leading vocational qualifications awarding body in the UK, gave the centre an 'A' marking following a rigorous examination of how the centre delivers its ESOL. The assessment looked at the quality of teaching and support provided to the learners as well as how well the centre runs the courses.
Nationally, the number of centres who achieve the 'A' grade is very low. "We are immensely pleased with the recognition that City & Guilds has given us and are proud of our tutors and support staff who have worked hard to gain this marking", said Centre Manager Mark Baldock."
