The Newham Learning centre works in partnership with London East Learning & Skills Council to provide Apprenticeship programmes for the 16-24 age group. Also in partnership with Community Links and Job Centre Plus/Department for Work and Pensions to provide New Deal programmes for the 25+ age group.
We have opportunities for individuals to improve their employability and basic skills, gain vocational qualifications and to secure full-time employment. We also offer services to employers to recruit new staff through our placement service, direct recruitment programme, work trial option and also through the new deal employment subsidy scheme.
