	OCR USING ICT Ideal for the complete beginner or those who have had limited use of a computer. Start up and learn how to use a computer correctly, word processing, e-mail and Internet and charts and graphs.
	OCR NEW CLAIT Widely recognised by employers within the admin field, New Clait is for those with a basic level of IT knowledge and skills. You would choose 5 units from 10 including 1 mandatory unit. Depending on individual requirements specific units/modules can be taken for example word processing, spreadsheets, databases, desktop publishing, graphs and charts and presentation graphics.
	ABC WORD PROCESSING This recognised employer word processing qualification will encourage learners to produce accurate and effective business documents. Learn editing, loading text, changing text appearance, creating tables and saving and printing.
	CITY & GUILDS EQUALS LEVEL ONE With e-quals you will not only develop your expertise, you can gain a qualification, which is recognised by employers all over the world. These comprehensive, progressive awards cover everything from getting to grips with basic IT to gaining the latest professional skills ideal if you use IT as part of your job or in life in general. You can choose Using Your Computer, Spreadsheets, Database, Internet, E-mail, DTP, and Presentation Graphics.
	BCS E.C.D.L. VERSION 4 The record breaking ECDL is the fastest growing IT user qualification in over 125 countries. The syllabus is designed to cover the key concepts of computing, its practical applications and their use in the workplace and society. ECDL Part 1 consists of Basic concepts of IT, using a computer and managing files and information and communication. ECDL Part 2 consists of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation graphics and using IT.

	ICT LEVEL 2 These courses are designed to help you to work towards the ECDL and CLAIT Plus. Building on your existing knowledge, these courses help you learn new functions and applications in Microsoft Windows which can lead to Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and CLAIT Plus qualifications – The Complete Desktop Tutor, Web Publishing using MS FrontPage, Presentations using MS PowerPoint.
	ICT LEVEL 3 If you would like to extend your skills in the most complex areas of Microsoft 2000 and 2002 applications including Databases using MS Access and Electronic Communication using MS Outlook.
