PROMOTION FOR TBG LEARNING MANAGER

Independent adult training provider TBG Learning has promoted Anita Hargreaves to Operations Manager for their Essex based Employer Division. 39 year old Anita has responsibility to help ensure TBG Learning plays a key role within Essex in developing workforce skills. Her job will involve close working with key partners such as the Learning and Skills Council, Connexions and local schools.

Anita, who has worked with TBG Learning for a number of years, and will be focusing on helping school leavers who have few or no qualifications gain employment through the Government’s ‘entry to employment’ programme, or e2e, and progressing them on to Apprenticeship courses.

Prior to joining TBG, Anita worked as a Senior Training Instructor at KLM UK where she was responsible for overseeing and facilitating staff training both on board flights and in the classroom including, customer service, emergency procedures, first aid and fire training.

In her spare time, Anita is keen on keeping fit and is active in the Territorial Army, where she is a Lance Corporal in the 158 Royal Anglian Regiment, Royal Logistic Corps.

TBG Learning is a not-for-profit private training company delivering a wide range of courses in literacy, numeracy, business administration and IT for school leavers and adults.
