Niki Webb is a Recruitment Resourcer at TBG Learning in Swindon, her journey to TBG Learning took a different route to most, as her first encounter with the company was as a customer who wanted support in getting back to work.

Niki was unemployed and receiving Employment Support Allowance (ESA), because of this she was able to voluntary sign up to the government’s flagship Work Programme to receive help to get a job.

Adella Gibbs gets a 'lift' with warehouse job

Adella Gibbs, who has aspirations to become a lorry driver, was referred to TBG Learning Swindon to help her get back on the career ladder after two years without a job.

Through TBG Learning the 37-year-old underwent training with Talent Express Ltd to add to her skills set; working towards a warehouse administration qualification and forklift license course.

Jurys Inn is a new home from home for Sally Fry who has landed a job at the popular hotel with support from TBG Learning Swindon.

Sally Fry is one of three local people who have recently secured roles at the hotel on Fleming Way after receiving advice and support from specialist advisors at TBG Learning’s centre on Station Road.

Businesses from all over Wiltshire flocked to a careers event organised by TBG Learning Swindon.

Eighteen employers, and around 130 jobseekers, attended a jobs fair hosted by TBG Learning, who is delivering the Government’s Work Programme on behalf of Rehab JobFit – a programme that helps the long-term unemployed into work through a bespoke package of support and assistance.
